Full hookup pull thru's, sites vary from 25 ft wide to 30 ft wide, all sites are at least 60 ft long with most 70 ft and a few that are over 70 ft. Can easily handle the bigger rigs.
Our tents sites are large and we have some with water and electric. However we only have 14 tent sites.
Our roads are no less then 25 wide, gravel and well maintained.
Clean modern bath house.
Excellent DSS signal.
Fire rings, tables, ice, wood.
Modem hook up in office, available from 8:30 am to closing, you must use an 800 access number.
RV supplies such as water and sewer hoses and fittings, fuses, light bulbs etc.
Free shuttles to Mackinac Island ferries and to Kawadin Casino.
Our Lake frontage on Lake Michigan is across a county road from the campground itself there are no sites on the lake.
The lake frontage is used as a picnic area and viewing site and gives an excellent view of the Mackinac Bridge and the shipping traffic on the Straits of Mackinac, not to mention the beautiful sunsets.
Within 15 mins, of Mackinac Island Ferries, sand dunes, shopping, casino, golf course, hospital, medical clinic, and Mackinac City.
Within one hour of Soo Locks.
Within one and half hours of Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point (area of Edmund Fitzgerald), Drummond Island,

Every year in June St. Ignace holds two car shows.
The antique car show is held the third weekend in June.
The second car show takes place on the last weekend in June.

Both of these car shows draw thousands and reservations are recommended.
Antique Wooden Boat Show second weekend in August, held in Hessel.
Labor Day Bridge Walk.
On Labor Day weekend the State of Michigan allows the public to walk across the
Mackinac Bridge, this is a tradition that has been held every Labor Day since 1957.
The Labor Day bridge walk draws a crowd of upwards of 70,000 people.
Here again reservations are recommended.
Location
Lake Shore RV Park is located along Lake Michigan in the Upper Peninsula. Approximately 2 miles west of St. Ignace off of US-2 on Pte. LaBarbe Road, a county road that starts at US2 and after three miles joins US2 again.
From the south exit I-75 at mile marker 344B, from the North exit at mile marker 344. Go west on US 2 for two miles and turn south (left) on Pte LaBarbe Rd. Then go one and a half miles on the right. On US2 after passing McDonalds, Pte LaBarbe is the first road on the left.
From the west watch signs that lead you to the Mystery Spot and just after passing the Mystery Spot you should see our sign that gives directions as "one mile and turn to the right on Pte LaBarbe Rd. There also is another sign just before Pte LaBarbe Rd. After turning onto Pte. LaBarbe Rd go one and a half miles and we are on the left.

We are open from May 1, to Oct 15.
Our campground is located across a county road from the lake frontage, there are no sites on the lake. What we have is a beautiful view and the lake frontage is open for your pleasure. Picnic tables are provided on the shore and viewing is just outstanding.
We do accept credit cards.
