Reservation Policy


  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or by advance deposit. Credit card guarantees will be processed for the first night's stay and taxes.
  • Advance deposits must be received within 7 days after reservation date, or reservation will be forfeited.
  • Any guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival with a cancellation fee of $25.00. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival forfeit the first night's deposit.
